Job Description 

The Sewer Specialist is responsible for evaluating, estimating, and selling sewer-related work to residential and commercial customers. This position plays a critical role in the success of the sales team by accurately diagnosing sewer problems, educating customers on available solutions, and closing high-value repair and replacement projects. The Sewer Specialist works closely with field technicians, operations, and customer service to deliver excellent service and meet monthly sales targets. 

Primary Responsibilities 

  • Diagnose sewer line issues using camera inspections and other tools 

  • Educate customers on sewer solutions and provide professional sales presentations 

  • Build detailed estimates and proposals for repair or replacement work 

  • Communicate with dispatch, install crews, and customers to schedule and coordinate jobs 

  • Maintain detailed records of leads, appointments, and sales outcomes 

  • Follow up with open estimates and track customer touchpoints 

  • Attend team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews 

  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance, representing the company brand with integrity
