Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: West Raymond Street Indianapolis IN 46285
Mon - Fri: 7 AM - 3:45 PM
Duration: 7 months - High Conversion Possibilities
Payrate: 22$ - 27/hr.
We are looking for an Maintenance Technician to join one of our Fortune 500 Real Estate clients.
Job Summary:
Resource's typical working day:
- Rounds and readings for the plant
- Do some cleanings of filters
- Doing some repairs, compressors, HVAC, electrical work
- Whatever the client needs
Must Have Skills:
- good technical background
Electrical, HVAC experience
Need to know:
Will have to wear respirators, it is a leaded facility
Years of Experience:
Minimum of 2 years
Education
High school diploma/GED
Interview Process: One Interview
