Warehouse Associate – Jack Laurie Group

Pay: $20–$23 per hour (based on experience)

Location: Indianapolis, IN (Northwest Side)

Job Summary:

Jack Laurie Group is seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to support our commercial warehouse operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in accuracy and organization, and wants to be part of a strong, growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick, pull, and stage materials for job sites
Receive deliveries and organize warehouse inventory
Load and unload materials using forklifts and pallet jacks
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
Assist with occasional local material deliveries
Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

Requirements:

Must have a valid driver’s license
Must have a fairly clean background
Forklift experience required (certification preferred but not mandatory)
Reliable transportation
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet throughout the day
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday–Friday
6:00 AM – 3:30 PM (some flexibility required)
40+ hours per week
