About the Role:

Integra Electrical is looking for a motivated Electrician Apprentice to join our growing team in Indianola, IA! This is a fantastic opportunity to learn the trade hands-on alongside experienced electricians while building a rewarding and long-lasting career in the electrical industry.

Responsibilities:

Assist journeyman and master electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
Pull wire, conduit bending, and support rough-in and finish electrical work
Install outlets, switches, panels, and lighting fixtures under supervision
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times
Transport tools, materials, and equipment to and from job sites as needed
Follow all NEC codes, safety protocols, and company procedures

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required
Pass a drug and background check
Willingness to enroll in a registered electrical apprenticeship program
Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools used in electrical work
Strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and a positive attitude
Ability to work in various physical conditions including heights, confined spaces, and outdoors
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
