TPMG Physical Therapy – Williamsburg is a thriving, outpatient orthopedic practice which has been serving the Williamsburg area for over 15 years. We are seeking a dedicated licensed Physical Therapist Clinic Director to join our growing team on a full-time basis.  The ideal candidate will serve as a leader of a designated location to develop and manage a highly functioning team that consistently delivers the best in patient care and customer service. They will also work with senior leadership and outside providers to ensure operational efficiency across all service lines. They are a clinical expert resource to staff regarding patient needs and clinical oversight. We are dedicated to delivering evidence-based practices to empower our patients to live fuller, healthier lives. To promote this, our therapists see each patient one-on-one for 45 minutes each session. We enjoy timely and open communication with our referring providers, creating a team-oriented approach to patient care. Major Duties and Responsibilities  Provides direct patient care, evaluates functional needs and outcomes, and consults with other specialists as needed. Completes and submission of all reports pertaining to the evaluation via eClinical Works (eCW). Designs and implements a plan of care for the patient based on a thorough assessment of potential development. Confers with person(s) most closely associated with the active management of the patient and to keep them informed of any additional patient needs, treatment modifications and/or progress. Treats patients of all ages (e.g. infants, children, adolescents, adults, geriatrics, elderly, ages 0-120 years), race, creed, gender, and disability without bias or prejudice. Respects and understands the patient’s right to treatment and right to involvement in treatment decisions. Practices ethical responsibility based on the cultural, ethnic and religious beliefs of the patients served and applicable law. Prepares and submits clinic reports via eCW, assuring confidentiality and following all HIPPA guidelines to include initial evaluations and summaries, daily treatment notes for all patients seen that day under his/her care, progress reports to referring physicians and agencies, discharge reports and summaries, special reports and daily attendance records and summaries. Excels in the area of customer service; Monitors and trains this expectation to staff. Adheres to TPMG’s policies, procedures and core values. Maintains open and daily communication with Office Manager to ensure the clinic excels in scheduling, billing, EHR core functions. Participates in collaborative meetings and projects with other PT Clinic Directors at various locations. Efficiently and accurately uses and teaches technology used in the office, and any software required to complete his/her job or as required by management. Routinely completes all of HIPAA Privacy and Security training as required by TPMG and ensures compliance to these privacy policies within their clinic. Remains up to date with current insurance, billing best practices and regulations. Available on-site to coach and develop staff, answer questions, deploy new company initiatives, changes in policy, regulations, processes, and procedures as directed by upper management. Ensures a safe and clean physical environment. Participates in regular meetings and attends any training as requested / approved by senior management. Participates as needed with leading training sessions for clinical staff. Remains flexible in regards to clinic hours and schedule. Completes weekly clinic productivity report and ensures accuracy. Works directly with Office Manager to ensure proper protocols and procedures are followed by the clinic. Participates with senior management team to create and modify clinic budget. Completes all reporting directed by senior management within time frame given. Responds to all communications with employees, management, physicians, vendors, and patients within a timely manner to ensure effective communication. Other duties as assigned. Compensation starts at $93,624 per year, with the final annual salary determined by the candidate's relevant experience and qualifications. QualificationsEDUCATION/TRAINING/REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s Degree in related field. Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. Current State licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist. Current CPR certification. Must have experience in a clinical leadership role.   PHYSICAL DEMANDS Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time. Ability to sit for extended periods of time. Ability to climb or balance for limited periods of time. Ability to occasionally reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 30 lbs. * Ability to grasp and hold up to 25 lbs.* Ability to hear normal voice level communications in person or through the telephone. Ability to speak clearly and understandably.
