Reyes Fleet Management is seeking a Trailer Technician B to help with repairs and maintenance on trailers, lift gates, and reefer equipment at our Martin Brower facility in City of Industry.

Candidates must have the ability to make repairs to trailers, lift gates, and reefer units.
Candidates should know how to do proper pm's on all equipment with minimal supervision.
Candidates must be ok with working outside.

Shift: Full-Time l Tuesday - Friday 2:00pm-10:30pm, Saturday 8:00am-4:30pm

Pay: $35.00 - 37.00/hr, depending upon experience

Position Responsibilities:

The Trailer Technician is responsible for the maintenance of company fleet assets within the Company
As a Trailer Technician, you will assist with diagnosing and detailed inspections of complex mechanical and electric problems utilizing diagnostic technology/software
You will complete thorough documentation of work orders for repairs through the online AssetWorks system
You will install trailer refrigeration, heating units, and external graphics as well as perform basic welding, metal cutting, and installation of hydraulic liftgate components
Other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Experience:

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 2 plus years of related experience  
Must possess own tools (have minimum tool requirement)
Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record in compliance with Department of Transportation regulations to operate applicable company vehicles

Preferred Education and Experience:

Technical School Certification
