We have active industrial and marine projects across Texas and need multi-process welders who can perform across disciplines. If you weld TIG and Flux, TIG and Stick, orbital, or ship applications ā we have steady work waiting. Qualified candidates move through our hiring process fast and get to work quickly.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of welding experience with proficiency in multiple processes
Demonstrated ability to weld GTAW (TIG) combined with FCAW (Flux) or SMAW (Stick)
Orbital welding experience a plus
Ability to pass position-specific welding qualification tests
Experience in industrial, pipe, or marine environments preferred
Familiarity with ASME, AWS, or applicable welding codes preferred
Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
