Requirements
Minimum 3 years of structural or ship fitting experience in an industrial or marine environment
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, structural drawings, and fabrication specs
Experience with layout, fit-up, and alignment to code tolerances
Familiarity with structural welding/fabrication codes preferred
Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
