Assistant Property Manager

We’re seeking an energetic, engaging Assistant Manager to support leasing and operations across our Inglewood portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Show and lease apartments; post and monitor ads
• Handle calls using professional leasing techniques
• Support marketing initiatives and stay current on market conditions
• Process applications, credit/background checks, and move-ins
• Collect rents, deposits, and record resident activities
• Submit maintenance requests and ensure compliance with Fair Housing
• Assist Property Managers with daily operations

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
• 2+ years in multi-family property management
• 2+ years with Yardi or similar software
• Proficiency in MS Word/Excel; strong marketing skills
