What You’ll Do
- Ensure that each guest receives outstanding guest service by providing a guest-friendly environment, including greeting and acknowledging every guest, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge, and all other components of guest service.
- Accurately total the price of merchandise purchased by guests, handle all forms of money, calculate the correct change, and wrap/bag guest purchases effectively.
- Become an expert in our various product lines and usage ideas for the various products.
- Open and/or close registers and shops as needed.
- Be flexible to potentially shift between multiple shops within a shift.
- Assist with the pricing and setting up of merchandise displays as directed by the shop Captain.
- Assist with the finished product production stages in the Aged & Cured and Olive Basin shops.
- Obtain merchandise, throughout the store, requested by guests.
- Answer guest questions concerning location, price, and use of merchandise.
- Monitor and assist with periodic merchandise inventories throughout the year.
- Help keep the shops and merchandise clean and orderly.
- All other related duties as required or assigned.Â
