FYZICAL is opening a new clinic in Inver Grove Heights, MN, and we are seeking a motivated, dynamic Physical Therapist to help establish our reputation for best-in-class care in the Twin Cities region. This flagship location will be the first of multiple units planned for the area, providing excellent career growth potential.

Your Role
- Provide direct patient care with emphasis on balance, vestibular, neurologic, and orthopedic rehabilitation
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and exams
- Develop and deliver individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings
- Adjust treatment strategies to ensure optimal progress and outcomes
- Collaborate with referring providers and other healthcare professionals
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers to promote long-term success
- Learn and apply FYZICAL’s proprietary treatment methodologies
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation
- Support clinical operations, quality standards, and best practices
- Participate in community outreach and local marketing initiatives
Ideal Candidates
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active Minnesota PT license (or eligibility)
- 1+ years of experience as a Physical Therapist (adult outpatient experience preferred)
- Background in orthopedic, vestibular, balance, neurologic, or fall-risk care is a plus
- Prior experience supervising PTAs or Techs is beneficial
- Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working autonomously in a high-trust environment
- CPR/BLS certifications
- Spanish proficiency is a plus but not required
- Proficiency with EMR systems and digital clinical tools
- Commitment to professional development and lifelong learning
