As a Sales Representative in our Greenhouse Production team, you'll partner with contractors and customers to provide expert product recommendations, outstanding support, and innovative solutions that help their businesses thrive while expanding our greenhouse business.
Ideal candidates must have previous sales experience along with industry knowledge in horticulture (Annuals), greenhouse operations, plant science, or a closely related field. If you're passionate about helping customers succeed and enjoy working in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment, we encourage you to apply.
Candidates must be available to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with overtime required during peak seasons as needed.

What You'll Do:
- Build strong relationships with contractors and customers by providing outstanding service.
- Prepare quotes, process orders, and coordinate deliveries with operations and dispatch.
- Recommend products and solutions based on customer needs and project requirements.
- Visit customer job sites to support projects and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain showroom displays and product knowledge.
- Resolve customer questions and concerns in a timely, professional manner.
- Support sales growth through account development, product promotions, and teamwork.
What You'll Need:
- Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
- Sales experience ideal; horticulture, greenhouse, or landscape knowledge is required.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Completed High School Diploma, Associate degree in Horticulture, Plant Science or related field preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and travel locally to customer and job sites as needed.
