Job DetailsJob Location: Grand River Casino - Mobridge, SD 57601Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $14.00 - $16.38SALARY RANGE: $14.00 - 16.38 HOURLY/DOE   SUMMARY: Responsible for performing preventative maintenance inspections, upkeep and repair of Grand River Casino & Resort property including the campground.   DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: He/she will paint buildings, perform general building repair, cleaning and upkeep of all as well.  He/she performs upkeep on grounds maintenance, cleaning of sidewalks and parking lots, planters/grass, sprinkler system and signage.  He/she will maintain the campground and fish cleaning station.  He/she will perform any and all other duties assigned by the Maintenance Director and/or Maintenance Lead. Employee shall comply with all BSA/AML regulations, reporting, and training requirements – Specifically those in the Grand River Casino Written System of Internal Controls (and appendices) for BSA/AML Compliance. QualificationsPREREQUISITES: Must be 18 years of age or older.  Must qualify for a Standing Rock Sioux Tribal non-gaming license.  Must have 20/20 corrected vision. Must have a valid driver’s license.   EDUCATION:  High school graduate or GED.    EXPERIENCE:  Two years experience in general grounds keeping preferred but not necessary.   PHYSICAL:  Must be physically able to withstand continued walking, standing, and kneeling for periods of 8 hours or more and be able to lift up to 50lbs and be able to reach to higher levels.
