Project Scope:

Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate multiple infrastructure, cloud, information security, and application-related projects. The ideal candidate will manage project timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholder communications while ensuring successful project delivery.


Key Responsibilities:

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Manage multiple IT projects from initiation through implementation and support.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Develop project plans, schedules, timelines, and resource allocations.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Coordinate activities between technical teams, stakeholders, vendors, and management.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Manage project risks, issues, change requests, and escalations.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Track project financials, resource utilization, and project performance metrics.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Facilitate project meetings and provide regular status reporting to leadership.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Support IT strategic planning and project governance activities.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Coordinate knowledge transfer and transition activities following implementation.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Document project benefits, business value, and operational improvements.


Required Skills & Experience:

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 3+ years of experience developing and maintaining project documentation, policies, procedures, training materials, and best practices.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 3+ years of Project Management experience supporting infrastructure, network, or application projects.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 3+ years of Full Life Cycle Change Management experience.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 3+ years of experience working with PCI, PUB1075, and/or NIST security standards.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Strong knowledge of PMI project management methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile.


Preferred Skills:

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Government IT project management experience.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Information Security project experience.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Vendor management experience.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Business Analyst or Quality Analyst background.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience with metrics analysis and reporting.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Knowledge of Microsoft technologies including:

  • Windows
  • SharePoint
  • Microsoft Project
  • MS Office / Office 365
  • Visio

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.


Certification:

PMP Certification (active and verifiable) is required.

Additional industry certifications related to Project Management, Security, or Infrastructure are a plus.
