Project Scope:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support multiple IT initiatives within the Medicaid domain. The role involves end-to-end project coordination, stakeholder management, and delivery oversight across complex healthcare IT projects.

Key Responsibilities:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Gather and assist in developing business and technical requirements.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Develop comprehensive project plans and ensure execution aligns with timelines and objectives.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Track and ensure timely completion of all deliverables with high quality standards.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and management.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders across multiple levels.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Maintain project documentation including plans, schedules, metrics, and reports.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Facilitate communication between technical teams and business users.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Support multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.

Required Skills & Experience:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 5+ years of Project Management experience.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 3+ years of experience in healthcare insurance or Medicaid IT projects.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Strong experience in project planning, effort estimation, and resource allocation.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience with Medicaid or healthcare delivery systems.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 PMP certification (preferred but not mandatory).
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Strong exposure to healthcare IT environments.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access
Education:
Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
