Project Scope:

Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage multiple IT projects within a healthcare technology environment. The ideal candidate will have strong project planning, stakeholder management, risk management, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Gather and document business requirements.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Develop project plans and execute projects through completion.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Manage project schedules, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Monitor project progress and provide regular status reporting.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Create and maintain project documentation and management artifacts.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Coordinate with business users, technical teams, vendors, and executive leadership.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Manage multiple high-profile projects concurrently.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Support portfolio and program management activities as needed.


Required Skills & Experience:

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 3+ years of Project Management experience.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Strong background managing projects within a Healthcare Insurance IT environment.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience with project planning, resource allocation, and effort estimation.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience with SharePoint, MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and related project management tools.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience managing project risks, issues, and mitigation strategies.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Strong documentation, organizational, and communication skills.


Preferred Skills:

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Medicaid or Healthcare Delivery Systems experience.
