QA Manager
Location: Columbia, SC Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote) after 30-90 days fully onsite

Project Scope:
This role supports a large-scale Medicaid Eligibility and Enrollment project, one of the most critical and complex IT initiatives for the State. The project requires strong quality leadership to ensure compliance, accuracy, and successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ensure quality management across Design, Development, and Implementation (DDI) phases
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Validate deliverables against requirements using traceability matrices
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Develop and implement QA processes, templates, and standards
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Support compliance with CMS and MITA standards
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Analyze business processes and recommend improvements
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Manage requirements tracking, change control, and reporting
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Guide testing teams and support UAT activities
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Track defects, manage resolution processes, and ensure quality outcomes
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Collaborate with stakeholders including vendors, government agencies, and internal teams
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Support system certification efforts

Required Skills & Experience:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 3+ years of Quality Management experience in healthcare IT projects
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 3+ years in healthcare insurance systems implementation
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience with QA processes, testing, and defect management
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience with rules engines and orchestration layers

Preferred Skills:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Medicaid eligibility systems experience
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Knowledge of MITA and MECT
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience in large or outsourced IT projects
Education: Bachelor鈥檚 degree required; Master鈥檚 preferred
