We’re looking for a self-driven, well-organized Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations on our 2nd shift. This role is ideal for someone who takes initiative, communicates effectively, and is passionate about creating a positive and productive workplace.

What You’ll Do

As our Production Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing daily production schedules and plant activities

  • Monitoring product quality and line performance

  • Leading, scheduling, and supporting production staff

  • Ensuring on-time fulfillment while maintaining top-tier quality standards

  • Championing safety protocols and food safety programs (GMP, HACCP, etc.)

  • Coordinating machinery maintenance to minimize downtime

  • Leading process improvement efforts to boost operational efficiency

  • Conducting audits and tracking compliance with all quality and safety standards

  • Coaching team members and driving training initiatives

  • Supporting performance reviews and employee development

What You Bring

We're looking for someone with a strong mix of hands-on experience and leadership abilities:

  • High school diploma required; college coursework is a plus

  • 2–5 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a production or manufacturing setting (food industry experience and ingredient blending are a bonus!)

  • Strong communication skills—English required, Spanish bilingual a plus

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; ADP and ERP systems experience a plus

  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently

  • Solid organizational skills and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities

  • Confidence in working with cross-functional and multilingual teams
