Description

  

The VTC Technician applicant shall be able to support the Naval Surface Warfare  Center, Indian Head Division with conference room Audio Visual systems capabilities consisting of operating a video codec, sound system with speakers, microphones, and High Definition (HD) displays that operate on Internet Protocol (IP) via Unclassified RDT&E Networks as Enterprise Networks, such as NMCI. This includes supporting various large MS Teams and DISA Livestream events for the command Leadership. 


Specific duties will include:

Manage and operate A\V equipment in command conference rooms for meetings

Operate and support MS Teams meetings with external camera and audio equipment

Operate and support Livestream events for Leadership

Provide design support for existing or new A\V solutions

Ensure new designs for A\V solutions in conference rooms are compliant with Cybersecurity requirements

Work with leadership and liaisons to ensure all A\V needs are met prior to each meeting as well as ensure each meeting is functioning properly

Identify A\V requirements and enhancements for the command.
