We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Engineering Specialist to join our team specializing in the manufacturing of industrial thermal heat rejection systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, ensuring product quality, and enhancing operational efficiency in NPDI and engineered-to-order projects. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time.

Core Responsibilities

  • NPDI & Special Features Support:
    • Coordinate manufacturing engineering deliverables during new product launches and engineered-to-order requests.
    • Facilitate design reviews to ensure manufacturability and compliance with standards.
    • Guarantee timely completion of all tasks to meet launch and customer deadlines.
  • Process Development & Improvement:
    • Identify and implement improvements in thermal heat rejection system manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
    • Apply Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Documentation & Standards:
    • Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of manufacturing processes, work instructions, and modifications.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
  • Technical Support & Training:
    • Provide technical support to production teams and troubleshoot issues.
    • Train and mentor staff on best practices and new technologies.
  • Safety & Quality Assurance:
    • Develop and implement quality control procedures specific to thermal heat rejection systems.
    • Ensure all activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.

Required/ Minimum Qualifications :

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Experience: 5+ years in manufacturing engineering, preferably in thermal heat rejection or related industries.
  • Skills: CAD proficiency, Lean Manufacturing, PFMEA, ERP systems, strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Certifications: Six Sigma or Lean certification preferred.

•    Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions specific to all aspects of manufacturing.
•    Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
•    Leadership: Proven leadership and project management abilities. Experience leading cross-functional teams.
•    Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
•    Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Travel: 10% - 25%
