Senior Clinical Specialist

The Senior Clinical Specialist works under general direction providing advanced engineering, sales, educational and technical support in response to complex field inquiries involving Electrophysiology (EP) products. The role involves a high degree of independence, using effective and cost-efficient business practices. Responsibilities include acting as a senior clinical interface between the medical community and the business, building credible business relationships, identifying customer needs and sales opportunities, providing clinical support and training on EP products, mentoring less experienced Clinical Specialists, and supporting sales and training activities. The position requires continuous development of engineering, sales, and technical skills, assisting with educational seminars, product demonstrations, and staying current on industry developments and regulatory requirements. The role also involves resolving problems and occasionally performing related functions as assigned. Required qualifications include a minimum of 1 year in previous position, at least 3 years of clinical experience, IBHRE EP certification, ability to perform complex cases solo, and mentoring capabilities. The position requires vendor credentialing compliance including possible COVID-19 vaccination. Travel is required up to 50% of the time.
