Job Summary

The Senior Associate Director, Annual Giving is responsible for identifying, qualifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding a community of mid-level annual fund donors for CHOC engagement and support. Ideal candidate will have a development background and experience managing a portfolio of 250+ prospects. Responsible for achieving an annual fundraising goal of $750K+ by year three in the role. Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to develop strategic internal and external relationships are essential to qualify for this position.

Pay Range

Minimum $71,802 Midpoint $107,702 Maximum $143,582

Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.

Experience

• Required: Minimum five (5) years in of development experience with emphasis on portfolio management and securing mid-level and/or major gifts.

• Preferred: Development experience in the healthcare field.

Education

• Required: Bachelor's degree. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of education.

• Preferred: Master's degree in a relevant field.

Training

• Required: None required.

• Required: Strong organizational abilities. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
