We are seeking a Customer Support Engineer to support the production and lifecycle management of avionics products by serving as the technical bridge between customers, manufacturing, and engineering teams. About the Role:
The Customer Support Engineer serves as a key technical liaison between customers, manufacturing, and engineering teams. This role is responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, investigating product failures, supporting reliability improvements, and helping ensure the continued performance and supportability of avionics products throughout their lifecycle.
Location: Irvine, CA, fully onsite.

Key Responsibilities:
Production Support
- Provide technical support to manufacturing teams during product assembly and testing.
- Assist technicians with troubleshooting hardware and system issues.
Engineering Interface
- Act as a liaison between engineering design teams and production technicians.
- Communicate technical issues and coordinate engineering support.
Failure Analysis
- Investigate product failures and perform root cause analysis.
- Support corrective actions and reliability improvements.
Trend Analysis
- Monitor recurring issues and support trend analysis of production defects.
Customer Support
- Serve as the technical interface between customers, manufacturing, and engineering teams to investigate product issues, provide technical support, and drive timely resolution of customer concerns.
Documentation
- Maintain failure records, troubleshooting documentation, and product history.
Required Skills, Experience and Behaviors:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 3-7 years of engineering or technical support experience.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Base salary range of $90,000 - $105,000 DOE per annum. The final salary offer will be determined after reviewing relevant factors, including but not limited to location, skill set; relevant experience; and other business and organizational needs.
