We’re looking for a Electroplating Technician to run and maintain our plating processes, ensuring consistent, high-quality output across production.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage chemical baths, monitor parts through the plating line, and help keep operations running smoothly. You’ll play a key part in delivering reliable, production-ready components while supporting ongoing improvements in the process.
Shift: Tue to Sat, 7am-4pm

Essential Functions:Â
Â
- Monitors electroplating process of burs to ensure a consistent and continuous flow.Â
- Prepares and assembles blanks for plating.Â
- Prepares chemical baths and tanks.Â
- Prepares and sets up plating fixtures onto machines to maintain assembly line.Â
- Oversees parts as they progress through electroplating line to ensure specifications and requirements are being met.Â
- Preps parts for packaging by running parts through cleaning and rinsing baths.Â
- Maintains overall cleanliness of the plating lab to the desired level.Â
- Completes maintenance on plating tanks including but not limited to sensors, change out of tank valves and filters, and dumping, cleaning, and preparation of process baths.Â
- Studies and understands the production schedule and requirements to allow for completion of orders in an efficient and timely manner. Â
- Reports errors or discrepancies to management.Â
- Assists with prototyping and building of parts on an as-needed basis.
- Maintains accurate and up to date documentation related to electroplating line.Â
- Attends and participates in required apprenticeship training.Â
- Perform other related duties and projects as business needs require at the management direction.
Minimum Qualifications:Â
Â
- High school diploma, preferred.
- Minimum one (1) year of related experience required.Â
- Must be able to work shift listed above.
- Previous experience working with chemicals in laboratory setting, preferred. Â
- Ability to convey complex technical concepts in concise written form.
- Must be able to read and understand all operating procedures and applicable technical information.
- Ability to frequently push, lift, carry and/or pull up to thirty (30) pounds
Pay range: $18.13-$23.00/hr
