Case Manager
Guardian Tax | Irvine, CA (On-Site Position)
Guardian Tax is growing and looking for a motivated, organized Case Manager to join our in-office team in Irvine. If you work well in a fast-paced environment, communicate confidently, and enjoy helping clients through challenging situations, this could be a great fit for you.
This role is a great opportunity for someone with previous case management or tax relief experience who wants to continue growing with a supportive and driven team.
Responsibilities
- Manage client cases from onboarding through completion
- Keep clients updated and maintain consistent communication throughout their case
- Work closely with enrolled agents and internal teams to keep files moving forward
- Track deadlines, documents, and case activity to ensure everything stays on schedule
- Handle multiple active files while staying organized and detail-oriented
- Provide a positive and professional experience for every client
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in case management required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment
- Comfortable learning new systems and workflows
- Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and team-oriented mindset
