The Asset Coordinator is responsible for supporting the organization, management, and distribution of creative marketing assets across all channels. This role will focus heavily on digital asset management, drive organization, and maintaining efficient post-production workflows to ensure content is easily accessible, properly archived, and aligned with brand standards.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize digital assets across all marketing channels, including video, photography, ecommerce, social, and campaign content
  • Support the implementation, organization, and ongoing maintenance of the company’s digital asset management (DAM) platform
  • Maintain drive organization, file structures, naming conventions, metadata, and storage best practices to ensure efficient asset retrieval and scalability
  • Coordinate end-to-end asset workflows, including ingesting, organizing, proxying, backing up, archiving, and distributing media assets
  • Oversee asset uploads, versioning, tagging, and organization to ensure content is accurate, accessible, and up to date across teams
  • Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Marketing, Ecommerce, Photography, and Production teams to support asset requests and workflow needs
  • Assist in establishing and refining asset management processes and post-production workflows to improve efficiency and consistency
  • Perform quality checks on assets to ensure files are properly labeled, formatted, and aligned with brand standards before final distribution
  • Support project coordination and communication related to asset delivery timelines and content organization
  • Maintain confidentiality and organization of all creative and marketing materials
  • Demonstrates high level of quality work, attendance and appearance.
  • Demonstrates high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with customers, peers and management.
  • Adhere to all local, federal and state laws in addition to Company policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Performs any other duties that may be assigned by management.
Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Production, Communications, Information Technology, or related field preferred
  • 2–4 years of experience in digital asset coordination, content operations, post-production, or related field
  • Strong organizational skills with experience managing large volumes of digital assets and file systems
  • Familiarity with digital asset management (DAM) platforms and post-production workflows
  • Working knowledge of media formats, file types, metadata, and asset organization best practices
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Capture One, and collaborative project management tools preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication, customer service, time management and organizational skills.
