- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a minimum of five years of successful outside sales experience with an industrial manufacturer or industrial distributor.

- Experience working with distributors in industrial, welding, safety, construction, or related channels preferred.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, verbal, and written communication skills.
