Description

  

  • Lead CEQA document preparation and ensure procedural and technical accuracy for Orange County and San Diego County projects.
  • Prepare EIRs, MNDs, Addenda, and Exemption Findings for projects of varying size and complexity.
  • Direct and mentor technical staff and environmental analysts.
  • Support entitlement and development services teams with CEQA procedural guidance.
  • Manage scopes of work and schedules across a portfolio of OC and San Diego projects.
  • Occasionally represent the firm at public meetings, hearings, and client presentations.

Requirements

  

  • Minimum 8 years of CEQA document preparation experience across EIRs, MNDs, Addenda, and Exemption Findings.
  • Experience managing project teams and client relationships.
  • Strong project management skills, results-driven, with ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Effective and polished communicator
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with Orange County and/or San Diego County jurisdictions and agencies preferred.
