Dual Sales CoordinatorÂ
The Dual Sales Coordinator supports the sales efforts for two hotel properties with a focus on lead response,Â
prospecting, client follow-up, sales administration, and revenue-generating activities. This role is ideal for anÂ
organized, energetic, and proactive individual who enjoys building relationships, supporting the sales process,Â
and helping drive business across multiple market segments.
Key Responsibilities
• Support sales efforts for two hotel properties across corporate, group, sports, government, crew, and localÂ
business segments.
• Respond promptly to incoming leads, RFPs, and client inquiries while maintaining brand response-timeÂ
standards.
• Assist with preparing proposals, contracts, rate agreements, and other sales-related documents.
• Conduct prospecting and client follow-up to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with existing accounts and assist with account retention and growth.
• Coordinate site tours, client appointments, sales calls, and hotel visits.
• Assist with outside sales calls, sales blitzes, networking events, and community activities as needed.
• Maintain accurate sales activity, account information, lead tracking, and pipeline management.
• Assist with group bookings, rooming lists, billing coordination, and communication between clients and hotelÂ
operations.
• Support the Director of Sales and hotel leadership with sales initiatives, promotions, and businessÂ
development efforts.
• Monitor local market activity and assist in identifying new accounts and revenue opportunities.
• Prepare weekly sales activity reports and maintain organized sales records for both properties.
• Work closely with the operations and revenue teams to ensure a seamless client experience from bookingÂ
through arrival.
Qualifications
• 1–2 years of hotel, hospitality, sales, or administrative experience preferred.
• Previous hotel sales experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities for two properties.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable communicating with clients by phone, email, and in person.
• Self-motivated, dependable, professional, and willing to take initiative.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on multiple projects and deadlines.
• Hospitality brand experience preferred.
Preferred Skills
• Strong prospecting and relationship-building abilities.
• Sales-minded with an interest in developing new business.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to travel locally between properties and for client meetings, sales calls, and networking events.
• Experience with Delphi, OnQ, PEP, CI/TY, or similar hotel systems is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and related business applications.
