Job Summary The Engineering Manager leads the team that builds CoreVest’s lending technology — both Salesforce solutions and custom full-stack applications across origination, underwriting, pricing, and servicing. This is a player-coach role: approximately 80% hands-on engineering leadership (architecture, design, code, and technical decisions) and 20% product (shaping what gets built and owning the technical roadmap alongside the Business Product Owner). The role manages a growing team and sets the engineering bar, and runs an AI-native delivery model built for hypergrowth in a regulated lending business. |

What Success Looks Like

A reasonable estimate of the total compensation range for this role is $170,000.00 to $200000.00. The actual salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, geographic location, training, licensure and certification, and other factors.
