Position Summary: The Capital Markets Financial Analyst (āCMFAā) Hub Analyst will support transactions generated by Cushman & Wakefieldās Investment Sales brokerage services across multiple product types, with a concentration in office valuation analyses. The primary role of the CMFA will be to perform financial analysis activities of pricing, Excel valuation model creation and auditing, lease abstractions, due diligence collection and review, market data collection, and translating analysis findings into high-level summaries with oversight from senior members of the team.āÆāÆāÆThe ideal candidate will be based in Irvine, California and available to work on-site in a local Cushman & Wakefield office. Team members may be expected to travel and work outside normal operating hours depending on the product type and markets they service and to meet project deadlines.āÆāÆ

Essential DutiesĀ
Support the execution of Broker financialĀ analysis / modelingĀ requestsĀ Ā
Prepare pro forma statements,Ā discounted cash flow analyses, andĀ Excel-based financial modelsĀ with consideration of market conditionsĀ Ā
Conduct audits of existing financial models for accuracy of model inputs and validityĀ of assumptionsĀ Ā
ReviewĀ leases to abstract key data points andĀ identifyĀ areas of issue/concernĀ Ā
Conduct market researchĀ toĀ analyzeĀ property andĀ market conditions;Ā synthesize findings in a clear, concise mannerĀ Ā
Develop high-level analysis summaries byĀ identifyingĀ transaction considerationsĀ (strengths/weaknesses), trends, outliers, and logical inconsistenciesĀ Ā
IdentifyĀ andĀ communicateĀ any missing information or unclear requests to ensureĀ accurateĀ analyses; coordinate collection ofĀ additionalĀ information asĀ requiredĀ Ā
Review analyses withĀ senior team members,Ā answer clarifying questions and makeĀ accurateĀ revisionsĀ Ā
ParticipateĀ inĀ knowledgeĀ shareĀ and content management byĀ documenting processes and training materialsĀ andĀ disseminatingĀ tools, templates, and best practicesĀ Ā
Performs other related duties asĀ requiredĀ or requested.Ā

Bachelorās Degree (Business,Ā Finance, Accounting,Ā Real Estate,Ā etc.)Ā preferredĀ Ā
Combination of education without a degree and corporate work experience may be consideredĀ
0-2Ā years ofĀ financial analysisĀ and modelingĀ experience, CapitalĀ MarketsĀ and/orĀ industrial experienceĀ
Experience with Argus andĀ ExcelĀ discounted cash flowĀ modelsĀ requiredĀ
Passion forĀ client delivery, with strong emphasis onĀ producing high-qualityĀ work,Ā meeting deadlines, and exceedingĀ stakeholderĀ expectationsĀ
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially in Microsoft ExcelĀ
Experience with CoStarĀ andĀ otherĀ similarĀ market research toolsĀ a plusĀ
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracyĀ
Ability to write effectively and succinctly for use in marketing deliverablesĀ a plusĀ
GoodĀ timeĀ management and organization skillsĀ
Ability to balance and prioritize multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environmentĀ

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidateās experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
