Inside Sales Representative
Guardian Tax | Irvine, CA | Full-Time | On-Site
Guardian Tax is growing, and we're adding motivated sales professionals to our Irvine team.
In this role, you'll work exclusively with warm inbound leads—individuals who have already reached out for help with IRS and tax debt issues. Your role is to understand each client's situation, educate them on their available options, and confidently guide them toward the solution that best fits their needs.

Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from prospective clients
- Learn about each client's situation and goals
- Present solutions tailored to their needs
- Build trust through professional communication
- Handle objections and confidently close sales

Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months of phone sales experience
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to build rapport and confidently handle objections
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
Schedule
Location: Irvine, CA (On-Site)
Hours:
- Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- One half-day Saturday each month
