The Opportunity

The Manufacturing Operator exists to own the execution of BIORAY’s batching process at a standard that protects product integrity, consistency, and compliance. This seat ensures that every formulation is produced accurately, every piece of equipment performs reliably, and every batch meets the quality expectations required to support BIORAY’s growth.

This role owns the transformation of raw ingredients into finished product through precise execution of batching, strict adherence to SOPs and BPRs, and disciplined control of the production environment. As BIORAY scales, the reliability of batching, cleanliness of the workspace, and uptime of equipment directly impact output, quality, and customer trust.

What the Role Entails

This role owns the end-to-end execution of batch production within a controlled manufacturing environment. The work requires precision in measurement, discipline in process adherence, and consistency in maintaining both equipment and workspace standards. The Manufacturing Operator ensures that production runs on schedule, equipment remains operational, and every batch meets defined quality and compliance standards. This seat operates within a structured system of SOPs, BPRs, and GMP requirements, where accuracy, cleanliness, and documentation are non-negotiable.

Role Requirements

  • Experience working in GMP-regulated or similar controlled production environments
  • Ability to lift, move, and handle materials and equipment as required in a production setting
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a light production lab environment
  • Basic documentation and record-keeping proficiency for production tracking and compliance
