About the Role:
The Payroll & Finance Clerk is responsible for supporting payroll administration, finance and operational reporting, travel and expense management, and administrative activities across the business. Working closely with the HR and Finance department, this role helps ensure payroll and financial records are accurate and well maintained while supporting employees and management with timely, organized, and confidential administrative services.

Key Responsibilities:Â
Payroll Administration
- Support semi-monthly and monthly payroll processing through ADP Workforce Now, including payroll data entry, timecard review, payroll audits, and payroll reporting.
- Maintain accurate and confidential payroll records and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate payroll-related changes, including new hires, terminations, compensation updates, deductions, and employee status changes.
- Assist with payroll deductions and withholdings, including benefit elections, retirement contributions, garnishments, tax levies, child support orders, and other statutory or court-ordered deductions.
- Support payroll reconciliations, reporting requirements, and periodic audits.
- Assist with year-end payroll activities, tax documentation, and audit requests.
- Partner with Human Resources to ensure accurate payroll processing and recordkeeping.
Administrative Support
- Maintain employee records and personnel documentation.
- Support onboarding and offboarding administration, including documentation and system updates.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems.
- Assist with company meetings, training sessions, and special projects as needed.
- Provide administrative support to the HRÂ Manager, including documentation, coordination activities, and other business-related projects.
Finance Support
- Partner closely with the Finance Manager to maintain accurate financial and administrative records.
- Review, process, and track employee expense reports in accordance with company policies.
- Perform reconciliations and investigate discrepancies involving payroll, expense, and financial records.
- Coordinate domestic and international employee travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, rental vehicles, and travel itineraries.
- Maintain travel, expense, and operational records and reporting.
- Assist with invoice tracking, purchase order administration, vendor documentation, and other finance-related administrative activities.
- Generate recurring payroll, expense, headcount, and operational reports for management review.
- Assist with budget tracking and administrative reporting as assigned.
- Support internal and external audit requests through documentation preparation and record maintenance.
Required Skills, Experience and Behaviors:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience in payroll administration, operations support, finance administration, or a related role.
- Experience supporting payroll processing through ADP Workforce Now or a similar payroll platform.
- Experience with SAP Concur travel and expense management.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential employee, payroll, and financial information with discretion and professionalism.

Base salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 DOE per annum. The final salary offer will be determined after reviewing relevant factors, including but not limited to location, skill set; relevant experience; and other business and organizational needs.
