About Cima Investment Group
Cima Investment Group is a CRE / private equity investment platform headquartered in Irvine, California. The firm operates as a fully integrated platform across deal sourcing, fundraising, acquisitions, fund management, and operations.

The firm has scaled to own and operate 20+ communities in under 18 months, with a pipeline targeted to reach 50+ properties by 2028. Additional verticals include distressed debt and non-performing loans.
