Residential Remodeling Construction Project Manager

Sea Pointe Design & Remodel, Orange County’s leading design-build firm, is seeking an experienced and highly Project Manager to oversee complex, detail-driven remodeling projects, including high-value whole home renovations, structural remodels, and custom kitchens and bathrooms. About this Role

In this senior-level role, you will independently manage high-budget projects, ranging from $500K to $2M, overseeing  5-8 projects of varying scope. You’ll lead each project, through every phase, working closely with clients, designers, trade subcontractors and internal teams to deliver exceptional results. Success in this role requires strong leadership, outstanding organization, and a deep knowledge of residential construction, especially remodels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day operations of luxury residential remodeling projects, ensuring  high-quality, on-time, and on-budget delivery.
• Develop, manage and adjust project construction schedules, to meet timeline and resource as needs.
• Partner with the estimating department to maintain budgets and track costs throughout each phase of construction.
• Supervise and mentor, 3-5 skilled field professionals, ensuring workmanship meets project specifications and company standards.
• Oversee material sourcing, procurement, inspections, and maintain an organized, safe job site.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, designers, and internal teams.
• Provide clear, consistent communication to keep all stakeholders aligned throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• 10 -15 years of general construction experience , with a minimum of 5+ years as a Residential Construction Project Manager.
• Proven experience with high-end residential remodeling, including structurally complex or large-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of state contractor’s license law and best practices
• Own reliable truck, valid insurance, and a clean driving record.
• Exceptional leadership, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), project management software, and preferably Job Tread.
• Professional, positive attitude with a friendly, people-first approach.
