Position Responsibilities:
- Deliver new business opportunities, document processes, develop business cases, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the company’s capabilities in alignment with the company's vision and drive strategic initiatives
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including potential partnerships and service expansions to drive growth
- Document and assess the feasibility of new initiatives, facilitating informed decision-making through comprehensive analysis
- Analyze and map current business processes while collaborating with stakeholders to identify future process requirements
- Design enhancements that drive operational efficiency and support continuous improvement initiatives across the organization
- Develop initial business cases for new initiatives, incorporating cost-benefit analyses, risk assessments, and implementation plans
- Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management for approval while fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration on business development initiatives
- Other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree and 5 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 8 plus years of specific experience
