Job Title: Senior Manager, Medical Affairs
Duties: Partner with stakeholders to develop and facilitate the execution of generation and dissemination of scientific knowledge for health care providers.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the planning, development, and approval of regular literature searches, publication organization and scientific materials Design and plan internal and external material dissemination and conversation scheduling Facilitate all aspects of conference planning, including sessions identifying, booth presence, content capture, and conversations with physicians and societies Coordinate integrated evidence planning efforts for Corporate Medical Affairs Assist with management of societal grant and partnership engagements Drive the internal review and approval of evidence documents Establish, further develop, and expand relationships with other medical affairs departments, global healthcare economics teams, and patient engagement groups, among other teams Incidental duties Domestic travel up 10%

Proven expertise in MS Office Suite
Proven successful organizational and project management skills Substantial knowledge and understanding of policies, procedures, and guidelines relevant to medical affairs operations Superb problem-solving, critical thinking, and investigative skills Excellent documentation and communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives Excellent organizational and project management skills Recognized as an expert in own area with specialized depth within the organization Expert understanding of related aspects of Medical Affairs concepts and principles, regulatory, compliance, and AdvaMed requirements Expert knowledge and understanding of policies, procedures, and guidelines relevant to investigator-initiated studies Strict attention to detail Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Must be able to work effectively across multiple areas with cross-functional team, Medical Affairs peers and leaders and managing needs and messaging to upper management Adhere to all environmental health and sciences rules and requirements and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control Detailed knowledge of healthcare provider policies and regulations

Education: Education and Experience:

Bachelor's and Advanced Degree required (e.g., Masters, PhD, PharmD) with at least 8 years of previously related work experience in life sciences, including experience in medical affairs
