We're looking for a Shipping Receiving, Materials & Inventory Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations and ensure the efficient flow of materials that support manufacturing and customer fulfillment. If that sounds like your kind of work, we'd love to meet you.

This position plays a critical role in overseeing shipping, receiving, inventory control, and logistics operations that keep our production and customer deliveries running smoothly.

What You'll Do

  • Supervise daily shipping, receiving, inventory, and material handling operations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer shipments, supplier receipts, and ERP transactions.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, material traceability, and inventory control processes.
  • Coordinate domestic and international shipments while ensuring compliance with shipping and import/export requirements.
  • Lead, coach, and develop warehouse team members while promoting a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
  • Partner with Production, Planning, Procurement, Quality, and Customer Service to support operational and customer fulfillment goals.
  • Drive continuous improvements in warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy, and operational performance


What We're Looking For

  • Associate degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations Management, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, inventory control, or logistics.
  • Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
  • Experience with ERP systems required; Epicor experience preferred.
  • Experience with domestic and international shipping, import/export documentation, and preferred freight carriers.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, material flow, and ERP transactions.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Office 365 and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What Helps You Stand Out

  • Experience in electronics manufacturing, connected devices, or other high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environments.
  • Working knowledge of import/export regulations, customs documentation, Incoterms, HTS classifications, or international logistics.
  • Hands-on experience driving warehouse process improvements using Lean, 5S, or continuous improvement methodologies.
  • A leadership style that emphasizes accountability, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
  • A passion for building efficient processes while maintaining exceptional service and inventory accuracy.

Salary Range

Annual Base Salary between $75,000 – $95,000 based on experience, expertise, education, and other business-related factors.
