As our next Sr. Global Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing the company’s end-to-end global supply chain strategy, ensuring efficient procurement, manufacturing coordination, logistics, and inventory management across international markets. This role plays a critical part in maintaining product availability, managing supplier relationships, and improving operational performance while controlling costs and mitigating risk.  The ideal candidate will have deep experience managing global supply chains for hardware or technology products and will be skilled at coordinating suppliers, contract manufacturers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders. This leader will drive process improvements, enhance forecasting accuracy, and ensure seamless product delivery to support the company’s growth and global expansion.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Lead the global supply chain strategy including sourcing, procurement, manufacturing coordination, logistics, and inventory management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with international suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics providers.
  • Manage demand planning and inventory forecasting to ensure optimal stock levels while minimizing carrying costs.
  • Oversee procurement processes including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and cost management.
  • Coordinate production schedules with manufacturing partners to ensure on-time product delivery.
  • Manage global logistics operations including freight, customs compliance, and international distribution.
  • Monitor and improve supply chain performance through KPIs such as lead time, inventory turns, fulfillment rates, and cost efficiency.
  • Identify supply chain risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain continuity of supply.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product management, finance, and sales teams to support product launches and demand planning.
  • Implement supply chain process improvements, automation, and systems enhancements to increase efficiency and scalability.
  • Lead inventory planning for new product introductions and lifecycle management.
  • Ensure compliance with global trade regulations, import/export requirements, and quality.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, procurement, or logistics management.
  • 3+ years of experience managing global supply chains for hardware or technology products.
  • Experience in consumer electronics, hardware technology, or sports technology industries.
  • Strong knowledge of international logistics, manufacturing operations, and supplier management.
  • Prior experience with ERP systems (e.g. Netsuite, SAP, Oracle), Netsuite is preferred. 
  • Any procurement, inventory, supply chain certifications (e.g. CPIM, CSCP) and/or Lean, Six Sigma Green Belt Certification preferred.
  • Experience negotiating supplier contracts and managing cost optimization initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret supply chain data and drive improvements.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems, supply chain planning tools, and inventory management platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
