We're seeking a strategic finance executive to serve as a key business partner to our President. This is a highly visible leadership role driving financial performance, operational excellence, and strategic growth initiatives. If you're excited to make your mark at an industry leader, read on.

What You Can Expect

  • Provide comprehensive financial partnership and strategic guidance to the President, driving annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the multi-billion dollar business unit
  • Deliver executive-level financial analysis, insights, and performance reporting to senior leadership
  • Lead a global team of high-performing finance professionals; develop top talent and build organizational capability
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize R&D investments, margin performance, and operational efficiency
  • Provide financial modeling, valuation, and decision support for strategic initiatives, M&A, and partnerships
  • Champion finance transformation and continuous improvement efforts to scale processes and systems

What We're Looking For

  • 15+ years of progressive finance experience in the semiconductor industry, including 8+ years in senior finance leadership roles supporting engineering or multi-billion dollar business units
  • Proven track record providing strategic financial partnership and executive-level advice to Presidents and C-level leaders
  • Deep knowledge of semiconductor financial models, industry dynamics, and business performance drivers
  • Exceptional financial acumen coupled with strong business judgment, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Executive presence, boardroom communication skills, and the ability to influence across a complex, matrixed organization
  • Experience leading high-performing teams and developing finance talent for sustainable success

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or advanced degree in business, finance, accounting, or related fields
  • Experience with fabless semiconductor or chip design business models
  • Deep knowledge of R&D financial management practices, engineering spend metrics, and ROI analysis
  • CPA, CMA or other relevant professional certifications a plus
