What You’ll Spend Your Time Doing Serve beer and beverages with accuracy and enthusiasm Educate guests on beer styles, flavors, and recommendations Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting bar area Open/close tabs and process transactions accurately Monitor guest experience and ensure responsible service Support team members to keep service running smoothly QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For Passion for craft beer and guest experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Responsible and attentive with alcohol service Must meet all legal requirements for serving alcohol Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a high-energy environment Ability to lift up to 165 lbs (kegs, cases, bar supplies) and perform repetitive motions (pouring, reaching, bending) Previous bartending or service experience preferred Work Details Part-time and full-time roles available Nights, weekends, and holiday availability required Hourly + tips Beer knowledge training provided The Fine Print Hangar 24 Craft Brewery is an equal opportunity employer.
