About the Role:
Golden Hotels Limited Partnership is looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Night Auditor to join our team in Irvine, CA. This is your opportunity to play a key role in keeping our hotel running smoothly through the night while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities:
- Perform nightly audit of hotel financial transactions, balancing accounts and reconciling discrepancies
- Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including guest check-ins and check-outs
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns
- Process end-of-day reports and prepare daily financial summaries for management review
- Monitor and maintain the security and safety of the property throughout the night shift
- Post room charges, taxes, and other fees accurately to guest folios
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address overnight needs
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotel front desk, night audit, or hospitality accounting preferred
- Strong mathematical and bookkeeping skills with keen attention to detail
- Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) is a plus
- Ability to work independently and remain alert during overnight shifts
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or accounting coursework a bonus
