Residential and Commercial Cleaner 
A Cleaner is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring that facilities are sanitary and welcoming.
Key Responsibilities:

• General Cleaning: Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Ensure that all surfaces, including countertops and furniture, are clean and free of debris. 
• Restroom Maintenance: Clean and sanitize restrooms, ensuring they are stocked with necessary supplies and maintained in a hygienic condition. 
• Waste Management: Empty trash bins, replace liners, and ensure proper disposal of waste materials. 
• Specialized Cleaning: Conduct deep cleaning tasks as needed, such as carpet shampooing, window washing, and floor waxing. 
• Equipment Maintenance: Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition and properly stored after use. 
• Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment, ensuring a safe working environment for all. 

• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is often preferred. 
• Experience: Previous experience in a cleaning role is advantageous, especially in residential, commercial, or facilities management settings. 

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Physical fitness to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and moving equipment.
