The Executive Information Technology Support Director will lead a team that provides top-notch technical assistance to McKesson C-level executives. This role involves urgent direction and oversight, offering excellent on-site and remote technical support. The Director will ensure that Executives have reliable IT solutions both at work and away from work. Key Responsibilities include setting the direction for the overall Executive Support service, championing new technologies to enhance productivity, focusing on the needs of the Executive Officer Team (EOT) and designated VIPs including expanded in-home support, managing Executive Support team performance, staying abreast of technology trends, taking ownership of issues to implement fixes, creating and maintaining support documentation, establishing trust and confidentiality, representing the EOT in McKesson Technology initiatives, providing rapid hands-on support, working extended hours as required, and being available to take calls. The role requires 100% on-site work, direct report experience, experience working with C-suite end users, and travel. Critical skills include deep understanding of complex IT systems, strong relationships with senior executives, a bachelor's degree in IT or relevant experience, 3+ years of technical support experience managing high-level issues for senior executives, proactive guidance, problem-solving attitude, excellent communication skills, customer orientation, and troubleshooting knowledge in collaboration applications, mobility device management, laptops/tablets, video conferencing, directory services, and mobility tools. Candidate must be authorized to work in the U.S. without McKesson support and relocation is not budgeted.
