The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and implementation of marketing projects with responsibilities that include budget management, packaging development, data analysis, sales fulfillment materials, promotional event management, and assistance with developing brand strategy and executing marketing plans. Develop and organize proposals, presentations, and reports, utilizing primary & secondary research.

 

  • Manage the design, development, and implementation of marketing projects.
  • Preparation of presentations, marketing reports, marketing analysis, and maintenance of marketing project calendar.
  • Assists with budget management.
  • Research competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and marketing support; maintains research databases.
  • Manage development & distribution of sales promotional materials.
  • Assists with project management and maintenance of brand team project list.
  • Track program results and perform post-audit analyses of success.
  • Assists in driving organization goals through ownership of ad hoc marketing projects.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field. 1 year of related experience in Marketing preferred. *Any equivalent combination of related education and/or experience may be considered for the above.

 

  • Ability to own a project from beginning to end with limited supervision.
  • Ability to work with other teams and functional areas to create and implement innovative business solutions aimed at building a strong market presence, merchandising, and attractive value propositions.
  • Ability to manage multiple marketing projects of complex and various dimensions.
  • Ability to multi-task and be extremely organized.
  • Experience in a high pace environment, able to troubleshoot.
  • Ability to learn and utilize research for the identification of market trends.
  • Solid interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Advanced computer skills, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish is a plus.
  • Experience with Photoshop and/or Adobe Illustrator a plus.
