Associate Recruiter

• Perform high-volume, full cycle recruiting to all levels for our warehouse, customer service, office and sales teams.

• Recruit quality active and passive candidates by sourcing, maintaining candidate pipelines, pursuing referrals and developing meaningful contacts.

• Interview applicants to evaluate alignment with position requirements.

• Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs, job duties, qualifications and skills.

• Support and maintain relationships with universities and other organizations to find talent.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.

• 1+ years of experience in HR or recruiting preferred.

• Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus.

• Available for travel to job fairs, recruitment events and field locations.
