We provide customers across the entire credit spectrum access to financing and refinancing programs with competitive rates and flexible terms through our direct-to-consumer and dealer programs. We want every customer to have access to financing for their dream ride. We have an immediate need for a Temporary Data Scientist/Analyst to join our team located in Irving, TX. You will support the needs of the organization for Motorcycle, Powersports, RV and Marine assets. This role is ONSITE Monday to Friday 8am-5pm or 830am -530pm.

Your role as a Data Analyst

As a Data Scientist/Analyst at Ironhorse Funding LLC, you will be a vital partner to internal business leaders, helping shape the organization's current and future analytical goals. This dynamic role requires managing multiple projects simultaneously, necessitating constant reevaluation of priorities and deadlines. You will identify, collect, and analyze relevant data, ensuring scalable, data-driven solutions that support strategic and tactical decisions. Your responsibilities include implementing data exchanges, creating and validating algorithms, and presenting insights through detailed reporting and visualization.

By translating business needs into technical specifications, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate systems effectively. Additionally, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of the organization's business processes and communicate actionable recommendations to team members and senior staff.
