Position Overview
We are seeking a Design Sales Associate for our Irving showroom—a motivated, design-savvy professional who thrives in a client-facing, high-touch sales environment.
This role is ideal for someone who understands aesthetics, enjoys working with designers and homeowners, and can confidently guide clients through material selections for luxury residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Â Assist clients (designers, architects, builders, homeowners) with product selection and project consultationÂ
- Â Develop and maintain strong relationships within the A&D communityÂ
- Â Generate and manage sales leads from showroom traffic and outreach effortsÂ
- Â Prepare quotes, follow-ups, and close sales opportunitiesÂ
- Â Maintain showroom presentation to reflect brand standardsÂ
- Â Stay updated on product knowledge, design trends, and materialsÂ
What We’re Looking For
- Â 2+ years of experience in design sales, showroom sales, or interior design (tile, stone, flooring, or related industry preferred)Â
- Â Strong eye for design, color, and material coordinationÂ
- Â Excellent communication and relationship-building skillsÂ
- Â Self-motivated with a sales-driven mindsetÂ
- Â Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environmentÂ
- Â Experience with CRM systems and quoting is a plusÂ
