Financial Analyst II

We are seeking a Financial Analyst II to serve as a key architect of Revenue Cycle intelligence. What You Will Do

• Revenue Cycle Reporting: Support and manage the standardization of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting capabilities across regional and enterprise-wide levels.
• Strategic Analysis: Perform financial opportunity assessments for hospitals to identify high-priority areas for cash flow improvement and revenue realization.
• Performance Benchmarking: Facilitate plans for effective benchmarking and comparative reporting of key revenue cycle metrics.
• Model Development: Create and monitor financial models that link business strategies to performance measures, ensuring successful implementation of solutions.
• Operational Support: Provide tools and information to operations teams to enhance their ability to detect current and future performance issues.
• Collaboration: Cultivate strong internal relationships at both the corporate and facility levels to drive participation in system-wide initiatives.
